发展型旅游非优区的开发研究——以辽宁省朝阳市大平房镇为例

发展型旅游非优区是指旅游资源开发及旅游相关设施建设尚处于萌芽状态,旅游业对社会、经济推动作用较小,处于刚刚起步阶段的区域。伴随着旅游需求多样化、成熟旅游地容量受限,以及旅游资源开发技术的不断更新,给旅游业发展还处在初级阶段或者是尚未启动的非优区开发带来了机遇。以辽宁省朝阳市大平房镇为例,分析导致旅游"非优"现状形成的影响因素,探讨发展型旅游非优区开发的理念,并提出了具体开发策略。

In developing non-optimal tourism region,where tourist industry played minor influence in pushing the social and economics development,tourism resource development and tourism-related facilities construction areas was still in the bud.The opportunity were brought to the non-optimal tourism region in accord with the diversification of tourism demand,limited capacity of mature tourism,and constantly updated tourism resources development technology.Taking the Dapingfang town,Chaoyang city,Liaoning province as a typical case,the inflvencing factors of non-optimal tourism regions formation were analyzed;The concept of the non-optimal tourism district development models were discussed;And specific strategies of developing non-optimal regions were proposed.
