摘要
防湿热、防霉菌、防盐雾的三防设计是舰载光电设备设计的重要任务之一。针对舰载光电设备的三防问题展开研究,对光学镜头、机械结构和电子组件分别进行了相应的三防设计,具体包括材料的应用、结构形式的优化及防护工艺的合理选择等措施,所采取的三防设计和措施在恶劣的海洋环境下进行了多年的实践验证,结果表明:所采取的设计方法和措施能够保证舰载光电设备具有良好的三防性能,可以在恶劣的海洋环境下长期稳定工作。
The moisture-mildew-saltspray proofing design of shipborne optic-electronic equip- ment is an important mission for the shipborne optic-electronic equipment. It should be consid- ered overall from the materials application, structure design, process engineering and so on at the time of the product development~ In this paper the three-proofing issue of shipborne optic- electronic equipment was studied. The three-proofing design was detailedly introduced in optic lens, machine structure and electronics. The proper choice of material is the basis of the de- sign. The rationality of the structural design is the key factor for moisture-mildew-saltspray proofing design of the shipborne optic-electronic equipment. It would improve the l^roofing ca- pability farther that the correct use of the material modification, surface coating/depositing, encapsulation, insulation process and so on. It was proved by engineering practice that the de- sign could make the shipborne optic-electronic equipment have excellent three-proofing per- formance and work steadily in sea climate environment for longer time.
