腹针疗法促进腹腔镜手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Abdominal Needling Therapy in Improving Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients After Laparoscopic Operation

【目的】探讨术后早期应用腹针疗法对腹腔镜手术术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。【方法】将腹腔镜术后患者60例随机分为腹针组、中药组和对照组各20例,术后早期对照组给予常规基础治疗,腹针组和中药组在常规基础治疗的同时,分别给予相应的腹针治疗或中药治疗,观察患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及术后并发症等情况并进行统计学分析。【结果】治疗后腹针组与中药组均能显著缩短术后胃肠功能恢复时间、首次排气时间和首次排便时间,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在术后并发症方面,腹针组效果显著优于中药组和对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】腹针疗法在腹腔镜术后的早期应用能显著促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,具有无痛、简便、有效的特点,弥补了以往各种中医疗法在腹部术后胃肠功能恢复领域应用的不足,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal needling therapy （ANT） on the gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic operation. Methods Sixty patients after laparoscopic operation were equally randomized into ANT group, Chinese herbal medicine group and control group. All of the three groups were given routine basic treatment, and ANT group was given ANT and Chinese herbal medicine group was given Chinese herbal medicine additionally. Time for the recovery of gastrointestinal function, time for the first outgas, time for the first defecation and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed in the patients after laparoscopic operation. Results Time for the recovery of gastrointestinal function, time for the first outgas, and time for the first defecation were shortened in ANT group and Chinese herbal medicine group （P 〈 0.05 compared with those in the control group）. For the relief of postoperative complications, ANT group had better effect than the other two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early application of ANT in the patients after laparoseopie operation is effective on promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function and relieving postoperative complications, which is a simple and painless therapy for promoting gastrointestinal function of patients after abdominal operation.
