人工全髋关节假体聚乙烯磨损的测量 被引量：3

摘要 人工全髋关节置换术作为治疗髋关节终末期疾病最成功的手段，20年的生存率超过80％，影响人工关节远期效果主要是假体周围骨溶解造成的无菌性松动。引发骨溶解的主要原因是假体磨损颗粒（尤其是聚乙烯颗粒）诱导的生物学反应，所以界面磨损一直都是关节外科医生和器械制造商关心的重要问题[1]。
