摘要 1病例简介患儿，女性，4岁3个月。主因“间断抽搐2个月余，语言表达、智力倒退，右上肢活动障碍1个月余”入院。患儿2个月前于午睡时无明显诱因出现抽搐，发作初形式不详，发现时发作表现为四肢屈曲抖动，口吐白沫，并伴有意识丧失，
