摘要
我国基础音乐教育虽然取得了可喜成就,但目前仍然存在着发展不平衡;对音乐课程价值功能的理解还停留在工具化和功利化层面;音乐教育的民族性还不够;教学主管领导重视不够;音乐教育与素质教育的关系还没完全理顺等问题。这些问题可以通过宏观和微观两个层面来加以解决和克服。
my elementary music education although achieved gratifying achievement, but there still exists the uneven development of music curriculum the understanding of the value function in tools and meritocratic level; national music education is not enough; enough competent leadership in teaching; music education and education of the relationship has not been fully straighten out the problem. These problems can be through the macro and micro levels to be addressed and overcome.
