摘要
分析了大连市海湾区资源的基本特征和利用中存在的问题．提出了可持续发展的基本途径。
The article analyses the basic character of the resources of the area of gulfs in Dalian Based on these analysis. the authors investigate the problems among the utilization of the resources of area of gulf, and put forwards a basic way of the sustainable development.
