摘要
合成了新试剂二安替比林对羟基苯乙烯基甲烷 (DAPHVM) ,并研究了 DAPHVM和 Mn( )的显色反应 ,在强碱性介质中 ,空气氧化 Mn( )生成 Mn( ) ,然后在磷酸介质中 ,Mn( )氧化 DAPHVM生成红色产物 ,λmax=5 40 nm,ε=1.36× 10 5 L· mol- 1 · cm- 1 。 Mn( )含量在 0~ 0 .2 mg/ L内符合比耳定律。方法用于茶叶样品中锰的测定 ,结果令人满意。
Diantipyryl-(p-hydroxy)-vinylphenylmethane(DApHVM) was synthesized,and its color reaction of DApHVM with manganese was studied.In the presence of alkaline medium,Mn(Ⅱ) was oxidized to Mn(Ⅳ) by air.Then,Mn(Ⅳ) can react with DApHVM in phosphoric acid medium to form a red product.The major absorptivity is 1.36×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 540 nm,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~10 μg/50ml.This method can be applied to the determination of manganese in tea with satisfactory results.
