摘要
应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对乌鲁木齐河水质进行检测 ,测定各样点水样诱导的蚕豆根尖微核千分率 (MCN‰ )及综合污染指数 (PI) ,并进行 F检验。结果表明 ,各样点 MCN‰有显著性差异 ,2 0个样点中有 11个样点水样的综合污染指数大于 2 ,4个样点水样的综合污染指数大于 3.5 ,和对照组相比有显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。所获数据表明乌鲁木齐河水质受到较为严重的致突变性污染。
The micronucleus test of Vicia faba root tip was utilized to determine the water quality of Urumqi River.The different water samples induced MCN‰,and pollution index (PI) were determined and F-text was used to evaluate the statistical difference in mean MCN‰ among the samples.The results showed significant difference(P>0.05) among 20 sampling sites in which the PI of 11 sampling sites were over 2 and 4 over 3.5.This suggests that the water quality of Urumqi River has been contaminated to comparatively serious degree.
