城乡收入差距调节是当今中国经济发展过程中统筹城乡发展、构建和谐社会所面临的重点和难点,而改善农村基本公共服务、实现城乡基本公共服务均等化则成为缩小城乡收入差距的重要路径。本文通过阐述财政支农、基本公共服务均等化与城乡收入差距调节的内在机理,找出了制约城乡基本公共服务均等化和缩小城乡收入差距的关键因素,从而提出了基于公共服务均等化视角的缩小城乡收入差距的对策建议。

The urban-rural income gap adjustment has been the focus and difficulty that the urban-rural development and harmonious society construction are faced with in the process of China＇s economic development today.Improvements for basic public services in rural areas and the equalization of basic public services in urban-rural areas have become a significant path to narrow the urban-rural income gap.By expounding the inner mechanism of financial support for agriculture,the equalization of basic public services and urban-rural income gap,the paper identifies the key factors constraining the equalization of basic public services and narrowing the income gap in urban and rural areas,and therefore advances policy proposals of narrowing the urban-rural income gap from the perspective of the equalization of public services.
