活动导叶是水轮机导水机构中的重要部件,导叶可以控制水的流量与速度,从而影响转轮的运转性能与发电效率。一般水轮机导叶都采用不锈钢材质进行铸造或焊接,然后进行精加工,尺寸控制严格,焊接质量要求很高。通过对比常用两种结构形式的导叶,分别阐述水轮机导叶的装配和焊接工艺。

The guide vane is important parts of water distributor in hydraulic turbine,which can control water flow rate and velocity,and have the influence on the running performance and generating efficiency of the runner.The guide vane is usually founded and welded with stainless steel,and finish machined.Its dimension is strictly controlled and welding quality is quite high for the guide vane.The guide vane assembly and welding technique of hydraulic turbine were introduced by comparing two forms of guide vanes.
