The formation of customs union of Russian,Kazakhstan and White Russia will not only influence the three countries economically,politically and militarily,but also have an important impact on the regional economic cooperation within the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization and trade relations between China and Central Asia countries and Russia.This paper,based on the clarification of the background and significance of the foundation of Customs Union among Russia,Kazakhstan and White Russia,makes an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the effect of the Customs Union on energy cooperation between China and Russia and Kazakhstan,and the effects of China＇s status on Central Asia Countries and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
