摘要
根据电力需求物资的特性,重新提出物流安全的概念,并对构建电力物流安全支撑系统的必要性进行了分析,设计了基于电力物流特点的电力物流安全支撑结构并对其实现功能模块进行划分,最后研究了物流安全支撑系统的日常流程运作。
The paper redefines the concept of logistics safety in accordance with the characteristics of power supply materials and analyzes the necessity for the construction of the power supply material logistics safety support system. Then it develops and realizes such a system on the basis of the characteristics of power supply materials, demarcate its functional modules and finally studies its daily working operations.
