摘要
针对单区仓库,将偏离度的概念引入拣货路径优化方法中,提出了一种基于偏离度的路径优化方法,该方法通过基于偏离度的判断规则可更好地选择穿越拣货通道的时机,分析和仿真结果显示,基于偏离度的路径优化方法相比S形启发式方法表现出更好的优化效果,可以提高仓库的作业效率。
The paper introduces the concept deviation ratio into the route optimization for the picking process in singlezone warehouses. The deviation ratio based route optimization method can better determine the timing for traversing the rack aisles according to the deviation ratio based judgment rules. The subsequent analysis aod simulation show that this method can yield better optimization result than the traditional Sshaped heuristic method and can markedly improve warehouse efficiency.
