摘要
从"自组织"、"他组织"等角度剖析了虚拟物流企业网络演变的主要原因,使用价值链理论阐述了其基本运作原理。基于理论的分析,进一步说明了虚拟物流企业网络运作的机制,从理论角度丰富完善了虚拟物流企业网络演化的机理。
The paper analyzes the main reasons behind the evolution of the virtual logistics enterprise network from the perspectives of selforganization and heteroorganization and uses the value chain model to explain its basic operational mechanism, on the basis of which, it further illustrates the dynamics of, its operation and contributes to the understanding of the evolution mechanism of the virtual logistics enterprise network.
