摘要
以1Cr18Ni9Ti为基体,采用超音速电弧喷涂技术制备NiTi涂层,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了涂层的性能,并用超声波伸缩振动空蚀试验机进行了空蚀试验。结果表明,超音速电弧喷涂NiTi涂层中产生了孔隙和NiO、TiO氧化物相,降低了NiTi的超弹性,使NiTi涂层的抗空蚀性能下降。
NiTi coating was deposited on 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel substance by supersonic arc spraying. The coating properties were studied by SEM and X-Ray diffraction. Caivation erosion test was finished by ultrasonic stretching vibration caviation test machine. The results show that the NiTi coating deposited by supersonic arc spraying generates porosity and NiO and TiO oxidation phase, thus the superelasticity of NiTi is deteriorated. The performance of cavitation erosion resistance of NiTi coating is decreased.
