摘要
对按照规范焊接的3组T91试样进行不同温度(640、760和880℃)的焊后热处理,再对三组试样进行硬度测试并观察母材、HAZ及焊缝的组织。结果表明:焊后热处理超温导致焊缝硬化、HAZ软化,焊缝组织粗大;焊后热处理温度不足导致焊缝硬化,但HAZ的硬度变化不大。
The postheat treatment at different temperature (including 640 ℃, 760 ℃ and 880℃) of three group of T91 steel welding samples using the right welding parameter was carried out. The hardness of three group of T91 steel welding samples was measured and the microstmcture of base metal, HAZ and welding were observed. The results show that overheating treatment induces weld bead hardening, HAZ softening and structure corsing. Insufficient treatment temperature induces weld bead hardening but HAZ hardness changes little.
