摘要
Q235钢试样在溶液中进行快速微弧渗氮;用高分辨摄像机观察了渗氮过程,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪及显微硬度计分别观察和分析了试样表面的金相组织、渗层组织变化及试样表面的硬度变化,探讨了溶液中快速微弧渗氮的机理。结果表明,在电压200 V对试样微弧渗氮40 min后,试样表面化合物层的硬度能达到400 HV左右,化合物层氮元素含量明显提高。
Plasma electrolytic nitriding coating on Q235 steel was prepared in an aqueous solution containing formamide, NH4Cl and KCI. The morphology, element content and microhardness of the coating were evaluated by OM, SEM and EDS, microhardness meters, respectively. The mechanism of plasma electrolytic nitriding coating in the formation was discussed. The results show that the voltage and treated time play important roles in the processing. The hardness of the coating is higher than that of the substrate.
