摘要
以履带板钢ZG31Mn2SiREB为研究对象,通过分析不同淬火工艺下的微区成分及显微硬度,研究淬火工艺对其冲击性能的影响。结果表明,淬火温度越高,试样断面上的微区成分和显微硬度愈加均匀,说明ZG31Mn2SiREB在较高温度下淬火后冲击功较高,是由于其成分及组织更加均匀造成的。
ZG31Mn2SiREB track plate steel was studied; micro-area chemical composition and micro-hardness were investigated; the effect of quenching routes on the impact properties was studied. The results show that the higher the quenching temperatures, the more even micro-area chemical composition and micro-hardness of the sample break surface distribute, which means that the more homogeneous chemical composition and structure can be obtained when its impact energy increases.
