Vacuum Heat Treatment Deformation Experiment for Bearing Steel Valve Sleeves

尺寸较小的GCr15阀套试验件随炉真空淬火后,检测了炉内不同位置处理阀套的硬度均匀性和尺寸变形量。结果表明,阀套硬度均匀且变形量较小,为今后该类零件淬火前的加工预留量提供了数据参考。

Smaller size valve sleeves for GCr15 steel were quenched with other parts in vacuum furnace. The hardness uniformity and size deformation for test pieces on different position in the furnace were examined. The results show that there is a uniform hardness and smaller size deformation for test pieces. This provides a data reference on machine volume before vacuum quenching for such parts.
