Whole Casting Face of Buddhism Guan-Yin with 70 m in Height at the Hongkong

针对工艺面积达55m2的观音像脸部大型薄壁青铜铸件,模样采用EPS泡沫板数控加工成型、树脂砂造型、压边顶注式浇注系统、浇注温度控制在1200～1220℃等措施,成功铸出70m高的香港观音像脸部铸件。

To whole casting large thin-walled bronze Buddhism guan-yin face with 55 m2 in processing area,the pattern was made of EPS foam sheet by digital-controlled machining.Meanwhile,resin sand mould was adopted,and gating system with bland-holder top pouring was designed with pouring at 1 200~1 220 ℃.Finally,the bronze face of Buddhism guan-yin with 70 m in height at the Hongkong was produced successfully.
