(E)-4-吗啉-2-丁烯酸盐酸盐的合成

摘要 以吗啉为起始原料,与溴丁烯酸甲酯反应,得到4-吗啉-2-丁烯酸甲酯,然后在二氧六环中用浓盐酸水解,得到目标产物,总收率为49.65%,产物结构经过1H NMR确证。 (E)-4-morpholine-2-butenoic acid hydrochloride was synthesized from morpholine and 4-bromo-2-butenoic acid methyl ester obtained from 4-morpholine methyl crotonate.Then it was hydrolysised by hydrochloric acid in dioxane.The overall yield of target product was 49.65%.The product was characterized by 1H NMR spectrometry.
