聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂的制备工艺及应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 以二甲基硅油、气相二氧化硅为主要成分,采用Span60、Tween60和聚醚改性硅油为复合乳化剂,制得了高效乳液型有机硅复合消泡剂。研究了乳化剂HLB值与配方设计、乳化方式、乳化时间等制备条件,得到较佳工艺为:复合乳化剂4.5%,采用剂在油中法,乳化时间40 min。将其应用于水性苯丙涂料体系,结果表明,该消泡剂离心稳定性、耐热稳定性好,在苯丙涂料中易分散。 High performance emulsion organosilicon antifoaming agent was prepared by using dimethlysilicone oil and gas silicon dioxide as the raw material,and using Span60,Tween60 and polyether modified silicone as compound emulsifier;HLB value and formula of the emulsifier as well as the time and the preparation method in the emulsification process were investigated and optimal conditions were identified.Emulsifier-in-oil method was adopted for the preparation with dosage of blended emulsifier of 4.5% and the emulsification time of 40 min.It was applied in water-base styrene-acrylic dope system defoaming.The experimental results showed that the centrifugal stability,heat-resistant stability and dispersibility in styrene-acrylic dope of the antifoaming agent were good.
