非标记金纳米粒子共振光散射法检测汞离子 被引量:2

摘要 在pH 7.3的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,汞特异性寡核苷酸与汞结合,使金纳米粒子在高盐浓度下聚集,导致体系的共振光散射增强,在4.4×10-8~5.0×10-7 mol/L范围内,散射光强度的改变值与汞离子浓度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为ΔIRLS=0.756+119.94 c(×10-7 mol/L),r2=0.998,检出限为1.3×10-8 mol/L。用于环境水样检测,回收率在96.4%~106.8%,该方法简便、快速、选择性好、灵敏度高。 In phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.3,mercury specific oligonucleotide(MSO) can combine with mercury to form AuNPs aggregates upon addition of NaCl solution,resulting in the enhancement of resonance light scattering(RLS) intensity.The RLS intensity linearly correlated with the concentration of mercury over the range of 4.4 × 10-8~5.0 × 10-7 mol/L,and the linear regression equation was ΔIRLS = 0.756 + 119.94 c(×10-7 mol/L),r2 = 0.998.The limit of detection(LOD) for mercury was 1.3×10-8 mol/L,and the recovery was 96.4% ~ 106.8%.The proposed method was simple,rapid,sensitive and selective.
