摘要
采用4∶1的硝酸与高氯酸的混酸体系作为消化液进行样品消解,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定了6名成年男女头发中微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca和Mg的含量,发现被测头发样本中,Mg、Zn的含量普遍偏高,男头发中铁含量高于女的。
Trace elements,Fe,Mg,Mn,Cu,Zn and Ca in six adults were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 with a proportion of 4∶1.The results showed that the content of Mg and Zn were high.The content of Fe in man was higher than that in woman.
