摘要
用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定工作场所空气中的汞,使用有证标准物质,从反应介质、空白、方法的精密度、准确度和加标回收率方面进行检验。结果表明,该方法精密度RSD=1.18%,检出限0.000 04μg/mL,加标回收率为95.2%~97.0%,准确度相对误差(RE)为1.14%。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) was used to determinate the amount of Hg in the air of workplace.Determination was based on the blank,precision,accuracy,recovery with the certified reference materials.The precision(RSD) was 1.18%,the detection limit was 0.000 04 μg/mL.The recovery rate was 95.2%~97.0%,the accuracy(RE) was 1.14%.
