关于提升煤炭工业发展科学化水平的几点思考

Some thoughts on promoting scientific level of coal industry development

认为煤炭作为我国主体能源的地位很难改变。分析了煤炭工业新时期7个方面较坚实的发展基础和4个方面的严峻挑战,提出提升煤炭工业发展科学化水平的对策,即实施总量控制,调整结构,坚持科技兴煤,大力发展以煤为基础的循环经济产业,提高煤矿安全保障能力,加快推进和谐矿区建设,科学组织生产经营。

The author believes that the status of coal is difficult to change, for it is the main energy in our country. Based on the analysis of 7 relatively solid foundations and 4 severe challen- ges of the development of coal industry in new period, the paper has proposed several counter- measures to promote the scientific level of the coal industry development, which are to implement overall volume control and industrial restructuring, to adhere to revitalizing coal mining through science and technology, to vigorously develop the coal-based circular economy industry, to im- prove the safety and security capabilities of coal mine, and to accelerate the construction of har- monious mine area and scientific organization of production and operation.
