摘要
裂解炉对流段结焦和结焦母体生成速率的研究表明,雷诺数和线速度的乘积愈大和反应深度愈低,结焦速度愈小。重油汽化呈环流时管壁不结焦,仅当准雾状流时才结焦。雷诺数和线速度的乘积越大,临界汽化率越大。
The rate of formation of coking precursor and the rate of coking on the convection tube wall of acracking furnace were studied. The results show that the greater the value of the product of linear velocity andReynod's number, and the beer the reaction severity, the beer will be the coking rate, which infers that the kinetics of coking reaction is a limiting step in coke deposition.
