固体充填采煤技术在邢台矿建筑物下的应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对邢台矿建筑物下存在大量压煤,而地面矸石山堆放占地严重以及矿区坑口电厂排放大量粉煤灰的情况,为了实现矿井可持续发展、扩大矿井可采储量、控制地表下沉、消除固体废弃物对环境的污染,提出了采用地面矸石配合粉煤灰充填采空区,采出建筑物下压煤的开采模式。解决了充填体进入采空区的空间、通道和动力等技术问题,并建立了完善的充填效果检测系统,在保证地面建筑物完好的情况下,有效采出邢台矿建筑物下呆滞煤量2000万t以上。 Aimed at such situations as large quantity of coal under buildings, severe space coverage by coal gangue, and a mass of fly ash discharged from the power plant, the coal mining under buildings by backfilling coal gangue and fly ash was proposed to realize the sustainable de- velopment of the mine, enhance recoverable reserves, control surface subsidence, and eliminate the influence of wastes to the environment. Through solving the technical problems of backfilling in goaf and roadways and required power, a well-designed system was established to detect the effect of backfilling. 20 million tons of dull coal was mined out in Xingtai Coal Mine and the ground buildings were ensured in good condition.
