摘要
研究表明,中国80%以上的煤矿事故与人的不安全心理行为有关,有针对性地了解和处理煤矿员工心理问题,对于控制煤矿从业人员行为,加强煤矿安全工作十分重要。提供了煤矿安全心理筛查和干预的研究与应用实例,实践表明,根据工人的能力、气质、性格等方面的特点,合理安排工作岗位、优化劳动组合,可以减少安全管理压力,提高工作效率。
Researches show that over 80% accidents happened in Chinese coal mines are at- tributed to the human unsafely psychological factors. So it is important for the safety of coal mines to understand and solve the psychological problems with a clear aim so as to control the be- havior of the staff. The application examples of psychological screening and intervention were given. It has been proved that the reasonable arrangement of jobs and the optimum organization of labor could reduce the pressure of safety management and enhance the work efficiency, accord- ing to the workers' ability, temperament, character and other aspects of the features.
