建立了用磷钼酸喹啉容量法和离子交换法测定四羟甲基氯化铁含量的方法。两种方法得到的结果一致，都是测定其含量的有效方法。

Volumetric method of quinoline phosphomlybdate and ion-exchange method are established for determining the content of tetrakis (hydroxyrnethyl) phosphonium chloride (THPC). The results are the same by thetwo methods. They are both effective methods for the determination of THPC content.
