摘要
为了解广东省2007-2011年猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)流行毒株的遗传变异情况,采用PCR方法对本实验室分离到的49株PCV2分离株进行全基因组克隆和序列分析。所分离的毒株全长分别为2株1 766bp、45株1 767bp、2株1 768bp。通过序列比对进行遗传变异分析,无论是这49株病毒间还是与GenBank中的8株PCV2基因组间的核苷酸同源性均为93.2%~99.9%;在遗传演化关系上,49株分离株分布于2个大群,分别为PCV2b和PCV2d分支。提示目前疫苗毒株不处于广东地区PCV2流行毒株分支中,应该引起高度的重视。
To investigate the genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) in Guangdong Pro-vince from 2007 to 2011,forty-nine PCV2 strains were isolated from the pigs in different regions of Guangdong Province and sequenced with PCR method.These PCV2 could be classified into three clusters with genome length of 1 766 bp(2),1 767 bp(45) and 1 768 bp(2).Nucleotide homology among the isolates and other strains from the GenBank was from 93.2% to 99.9%.Between the relationship of genetic evolution,the forty-nine PCV2 strains could be classified into two groups with PCV2b and PCV2d branch.The current vaccine strain are not PCV2 pandemic strains in Guangdong region,more attention should be paid to the strain.
