摘要
设备和管道的隔热计算十分繁琐和复杂,为提高计算效率和计算的准确性,采用经济厚度计算法,编制了一种具有保温、保冷和露点温度校核等多功能的设备和管道隔热计算程序。经过工厂实际应用及与文献数据的比较,证明本程序计算的经济厚度、散热量及外表面温度与实际值相符,可方便、可靠地应用于隔热系统的设计中。
Insulation calculation for equipment and pipe is quite complicated and tedious. To get more accurate and efficient solution, a computer program based on economical thickness method is developed with functions of thermal insulation, cooling insulation and dew point check, etc. Having been applied in plants and compared with literature data,it is proves that program calculated values of economical thickness, heat loss and outside surface temperature are in good agreement with those of the plant operating parameters and the corresponding data in the literature, thus the results can be conveniently and reliably applied in the design of heat insulation system.
