摘要
目的了解凋亡细胞清除机制在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展。方法对国内、外有关研究凋亡细胞清除机制在动脉粥样硬化中的作用的文献进行综述。结果凋亡细胞清除因子转谷氨酰胺酶2、乳脂肪球表皮生长因子8、补体系统、c-Mer原癌基因酪氨酸激酶及Fas清除缺陷导致动脉粥样硬化斑块脂质核心的形成。结论吞噬凋亡细胞受体的丰余性如何消除及研究其受体下游信号的共同通路是今后的发展方向。
Objective To review research advances in atherosclerosis of removal mechanisms of apoptotic cells.MethodThe literatures about the removal mechanisms of the apoptotic cells were reviewed.ResultsThe removal factors of apoptotic cells,such as transglutaminase 2,milk fat globule-EGF-factor 8,complement system,c-Mer proto-oncogene tyrosine protein kinase,and Fas,might cause the lipid core of the atherosclerotic plaque if one of them was defective phagocytic clearance.ConclusionHow to remove the surplus of the phagocytosis and study the common pathways of the downstream signal of its receptor were the future direction of development.
