大化肥装置中绕管式换热器金属材料分析

Analysis of metallic materials of wound tube heat exchanger used in chemical fertilizer equipment

针对前西德林德（Ｌｉｎｄｅ） 公司制造的大化肥装置用绕管式换热器，就所使用的金属材料进行了初步评述，并与我国相应或接近的材料略作对比。对实现高压绕管式换热器的国产化，使大化肥成套装置的技术水平赶上世界先进水平，减少重复引进，节约外汇支出，具有重要的经济意义。

A review was carried out for metallic materials and welding materials of wound tube heat exchanger used in chemical fertilizer equipment manufactured by Linde Corp. And the comparison of corresponding materials of China and original materials of Germany was given as well. This research work is significant both in theoretical research and commercial manufactures in saving foreign exchange consumption of equipment imports,reducing repeated imports, and making manufacture technology in the industry in China catch up the advanced technology in the world.
