摘要
本文以对高铁枢纽地区的特征和发展趋势分析为基础,提出应用整合策略来开展枢纽地区的规划建设,以解决在多层次空间利用、功能定位、交通组织等方面面临的问题,具体对策包括TOD模式、多元功能的综合组织、混合集约用地与弹性开发、交通网络一体化发展、门户景观与形态塑造等。以京沪高铁沿线的南京南站地区为例,从功能整合、空间整合、交通整合和景观整合等方面探讨了整合策略在高铁枢纽地区的实际应用可能。
Base on the analysis of characteristics and development trends of the terminal area of high-speed railway, this study suggests integration strategy should be used for planning this special area. And it is also proposed the integration strategy is helpful to solve the occurring questions related to space utilization and spatial strategy, function and industry, as well as traffic organization. The detailed measures include TOD, comprehensive coordination of multi-functions, mixed and intensive land using, integration of traffic networks and design landscape node. Finally a case study is carried out as to application of integration strategy in planning the terminal area of Nanjing South Station along Beijing- Shanghai High Speed Railway.
