摘要
介绍了复合材料螺栓连接二维模型的损伤破坏分析方法———Hashin失效准则和刚度降方法。考虑接触关系,剪切非线性和材料刚度降低。针对Hashin失效准则编制相应的损伤程序,然后采用有限元软件ABAQUS对复合材料层合板螺栓连接件强度进行数值计算。研究结果表明,利用损伤子程序可以较好的预测层合板的破坏载荷以及损伤初始发生的铺层及其扩展方向。损伤的发生和扩展只与铺层角有关,而与铺层顺序、铺层的厚度无关。剪切非线性分析更加合理;考虑非线性影响时,失效准则中包括剪切应力项,损伤产生较早。
The finite element method introduceis to simulate the damage of composite laminate in bolted joints. The method of damage analysis of composite laminate in bolted joints in 2D mechanical model is described, as well as Hashin failure criteria and stiffness degradation. The user subroutine about Hashin failure criterion is conducted taking into account the contact, a nonlinear shear stress-strain relationship and degradation rule. Then 2D model of the damage development of composite laminate in bolted joints is simulated by the software ABAQUS. It appears that the limit load, the extended direction and the position where composite laminates is damaged firstly can be predicted perfectly by user subroutines. The beginning and expansion of damage is related with laminate angle only except the order and ply. The non-linear analysis is more fit for this laminate. Damage generates more quickly when shear stress item is included in the failure criteria.
