摘要
在分析UG NX/Post Builder通用后置处理的基础上,研究了五轴专用后置处理器的开发方法和过程。针对配置Hei-denhain控制系统的DMU100 monoBLOCK五轴联动机床开发了专用后置处理器,并通过加工整体诱导轮来验证该专用后置处理器的正确性和实用性。
On the basis of analysis common post-processing of UG NX / Post Builder, the development methods and processes of the special five-axis postprocessor are studied. A dedicated post-processor is developed for the DMU100 monoBLOCK five-axis machine that configuring Heidenhain control system, and the correctness and practicality are verified through the whole process of induction
