摘要
针对乙烯装置压缩机因油系统频繁联锁停车故障,分析导致停车的原因。确定通过修改、完善油系统联锁逻辑、改造现场仪表可达到降低故障的效果。主要采取增加油泵自启动逻辑、联锁仪表三取二、停车信号增加延时等措施,降低了压缩机因油系统故障停车次数,确保了压缩机的平稳、长周期运行。
reasons are prove ; to u Aimed to the frequent interlock shutdown faults of compressor oil system in olefin project, the main analyzed which lead to the shutdown ;to make sure the interlock logics which have to modify and impgrade the site instruments for achieving the effect in reducing the faults. By increasing the oil pump self start logic, two out three interlock and delay time, the compressor shutdown times is decreased which resulted in oil system interlock action, ensured the compressor running stably and long cycle time.
