摘要
设备挂架是浮空器系统的重要组成部分。依据对航空产品结构的设计要求,对设备挂架的各种结构形式进行了优、劣分析,并结合设备挂架的实际使用要求,选定了设备挂架的结构形式。根据内部搭载设备的安装使用要求,对设备在设备挂架内进行了布置,对挂架整体结构设计进行了详细设计;并采用计算机仿真手段建立设备挂架有限元模型,对设备挂架的刚强度特性进行了分析;最后对设备挂架进行了静强度试验验证。
requirement Hanging device for equipment is a significant component of aerostat system. According to the design for structure of aviation product, various structural form of hanging devices is analyzed and structural form for hanging device is chosen together with the practical usage requirement. According to the installation and usage requirement for inner carried equipment, the collocation of equipment in hanging device and the detailed design for entire structure of hanging device are performed. The finite element model is established and the stiffness and strength of the hanging device is analyzed. Finally, Static strength test of hanging device is performed.
