摘要
原油开采项目的技术经济特点不同于一般工业性项目，其产品（原油）产量逐年递减，而其收入也相对逐年减少，造成了项目的投资利润率和投资利税率等指标逐年降低．本文从原油开采项目的一般生产规律和技术经济特点出发，对其经济规律进行了初步的研究，以期对油田的经济预测和决策工作能够起到一定的指导作用。
The technical economical characteristics of petroleum development projects are different with that of ordinaryindustrial projects. The production (crude oil) declines progressively and income decreases successively resulting inthat investment profit margin and tax rate decrease gradually. This paper presents a preliminary discussion oneconomic law of petroleum development project based onits general production law and technical economicalcharacteristics which can be used to guide oilfieldeconomic forecast and decision making.
