摘要
】乙烷氧化裂解制乙烯与传统的热裂解制乙烯相比,变吸热反应为放热反应,降低了能耗。乙烷氧化裂解制乙烯适宜的反应条件为:温度800 ~850 ℃;原料气停留时间1-0 ~1-5 s ;n(C2 H6)/ n(O2) = 2 ;惰性气体摩尔分数为50 %~70 % ;乙烷转化率可达93-6 % ,乙烯选择性为62-6 % ,乙烯收率达58-6 % 。
Compared to thermal cracking of ethane to ethene,the oxidative cracking of ethane to ethene is a more energy efficient process for its exothermic properties.The most suitable reaction conditions of ethane oxidative cracking to ethene is:800~850 ℃,molar ratio 2 of C 2H 6 to O 2,1.0~1.5 s contact time and 50%~70% inert gas in feed gases.A?93.6% conversion of ethane and a 62.6% selectivity to ethene can be obtained under the conditions of temperature,850 ℃, n (C 2H 6)/ n (O 2),2,contact time,1.5 s and 40% He.
