摘要
采用固相接枝共聚法在聚乙烯大分子链上接枝顺丁烯二酸酐,研究了其表面的极性和结晶行为参数。固相接枝反应的接枝率与单体浓度和引发剂浓度有关,当反应温度为105 ℃,反应时间为2 h ,单体和引发剂的质量分数均为8 % 左右时,接枝率最大。接枝物的Tm 、Tc 、△Hm 和△Hc 值均比聚乙烯低。
This paper introduced the solid phase grafting of maleic anhydride(MAH) onto polyethylene(PE)using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator under nitrogen.The grafted PE was characterized by FT IR,contact angle test and DSC.The grafting degree(G) was calculated by chemical titration.The effects of various reaction conditions on G were discussed.Results show that G is the highest at a reaction temperature of 105 ℃,a reaction time of 2 h,and MAH and BPO are both about 8%.Grafting with MAH will enhance polarity of PE.The DSC data indicate that T m ,T c ,ΔH m and ΔH c of PE reduce with increasing G.
