摘要
采用微机控制的气相搅拌床反应器对实验室自制的还原型铬催化剂QCP- 02 的乙烯聚合氢调敏感性和共聚选择性进行了研究。试验表明,向反应器中加入氢气可使产品熔体流动速率增大,但敏感性不高;加入共聚单体丙烯和1 - 丁烯等可以降低产品密度,而且具有较高的选择性。DSC 和13C NMR 谱图表征进一步验证了这一结果。
Hydrogen sensitivity and selective copolymerization performance of ethylene polymerization with reduced chromium based catalyst QCP-02 were studied with a computer controlled gas phase stirred reactor.The results indicate that the melt flow rate of polyethylene increases with hydrogen level although the catalyst possesses low hydrogen sensitivity.The density of the resin products decreases with comonomer level such as propylene and butylene.The catalyst has a high selectivity for copolymerization.Characterization using DSC and 13 C NMR also confirms the results.
