摘要
运用均匀设计方法考察制备条件对镍催化剂的影响。通过制备 1 0个催化剂 ,考察了 5个参数 (镍质量分数、载体种类、浸渍液种类、干燥方法和焙烧方法 )对催化剂活性的影响。数学模型分析结果表明 ,在所选范围内 ,对催化剂活性影响最大的两个参数是浸渍液种类和质量分数。活性最高的催化剂的制备方案组合是 :镍质量分数 0 1 6、载体60 0、浸渍液 5号、干燥方法 1、焙烧方法 1。
The influence of five preparation parameters(metal contents,different kinds of supports,impregnant solutions,drying methods and calcination methods)on the nickel hydrogenation catalyst was studied by uniform design,in which 10 catalysts were prepared.The analyzing results of mathematics models indicate:there are two parameters that have greater influence on the catalyst activity.They are different impregnant solutions and calcination methods.The best conditions for preparation of the nickel catalyst with the highest acitivity are:metal content 0 16 g/g catalyst,support 600,the 5th impregnant solution,the 1st drying method and the 1st calcinatin method.
