摘要 基层医师需要经常在上级医疗单位接受规范化的专业技术培训。培训应根据不同地区、不同水平的基层医师的特点,在制定规范化教学计划的同时,还需要针对其各自的特点和实际要求,增加特色化的教学服务,突出教与学之间的互动,在注重妇产科基本理论知识积累的前提下,采用临床真实病历重点培养基层妇产科医师在实际工作中的分析和操作能力,提高其日常工作中的疾病诊治水平。 Professional training needs to be performed periodically in a higher level hospital for grass-roots physicians.Training should be carried out based on the needs of different regions and different levels of the doctors.Special teaching programs should be provided to encourage grass-roots doctors' interaction in the training process.In addition to improving their basic theoretical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology,they should also be provided with authentic clinical records and cases for the development of their clinical analytical and operational capabilities.
