Research progress in acute fatty liver of pregnancy

摘要 妊娠期合并急性脂肪肝是严重的并发症之一,笔者总结近年相关研究文献,从发病机制、遗传因素、产科处理、内科处理、母婴预后等方面进行了阐述。 Acute fatty liver is a serious complication in pregnancy.The paper reviews the literature published in recent years to discuss the etiology,genetic factors,obstetric and internal medicine management,and prognosis of acute fatty liver of pregnancy.
