摘要
本文简要地描述了治疗师关于治疗室设置、治疗室资源以及各自的病例的沟通的现状,并讨论了性治疗室内性玩具的可得性的影响。文章将讨论临床医生通常给予患者的性治疗和家庭作业可能产生的情感效应。共将讨论两个病例,一个是诊断为女性性高潮障碍综合征的成年女性,另一个是诊断为恋物癖、恋身体部位癖及迷恋胃部声音癖的成年男性。文章将展示在两个病例中成功在治疗室内使用性玩具协助治疗的经历,并由此讨论哪些性玩具可以供患者使用,哪些可以作为教学工具。
This presentation will address briefly the absence of discussion among therapy colleagues regarding their office set-up,in office resources,and their cases.It will discuss the effects of the availability of sex toys in the sex therapy office.It will address the emotional impact of sex therapy and homework often given by clinicians to patients.Two case studies,an adult female diagnosed with Female Orgasmic Disorder,and an adult male diagnosed with Fetishism,Partialism,body sounds,will be discussed.The successful use of sex toys in the office setting in these two cases will be presented.An overview of what toys can be utilized for patients to examine and what toys can be used,as teaching tools will be addressed.
