摘要
"同性婚姻"合不合法问题一直是法律界争议的的热点。对此,我们将通过对乐山市民的走访调查,从法律、社会、道德等方面分析同性婚姻合理、合法性问题,让人们对这一群体有更深入的了解,从而为同性婚姻的立法提供现实依据。
Legalization of homosexual marriage has long been a disputable issue in law.We made interviews with the citizens in Leshan to analyze the legality and legitimacy of homosexual marriage from legal,social and moral aspects.The aim of the study is to make the public have a better understanding of homosexual group and to provide a reference for the legalization of homosexual marriage in China.
