油罐粘接开孔工艺的研究与应用

摘要 采用“化学冷焊”方法对油罐进行粘接开孔作业无需动电、动火和清罐,关键技术是对胶粘材料的选择和对粘接开孔工艺过程的控制。这种工艺不仅技术先进,而且快捷便利,安全经济,在石油化工系统具有广阔的发展前景和应用价值。 A quick repair adhesive,called Tianli adhesive,has been developed. This kind of adhesive has a broad work scope,suitable for metal,such as steel,iron,aluminium,stainless steel,as well as the same or different kinds of materials like ABS,glass fibre reinforced plastic,PVC,polyurethane,polycarbonate,organic glass,ferrite,ceramics,concrete,bakelite and timber. The industrial tests on a 2 000 m3 oil tank and two 5 0000 m3 oil tanks have proved successful.
